Ready for it? Here it goes: People love secrets. They love hearing them, they love keeping them, and they especially love revealing them.
Secrets are a big part of our lives. We have, keep, and share them with only those we trust. The problem is that secrets can be hard to maintain and sometimes even harder to share.
Secrets are often seen as a way to differentiate oneself from otindividual’sr, they can also have negative consequences on an individual’s well-being.
This is because secrets can cause people to feel shame, guilt, and worry. They also can create a feeling of isolation that can lead to depression. People must find ways to share their secrets to counteract these adverse effects.
