Our brains can fabricate tales of Fear and dread, often with limited evidence. It’s easy to make assumptions about a situation when we’re tired or lack information -which is always the case.
The fears accompanying this process can leave us feeling overwhelmed and helpless.
Taking control of these feelings is possible by noticing our emotions and understanding why they arise. In doing so, we can avoid our worst fears being realized through baseless assumptions.
Fear should not rule our lives.
