We all strive for more — more success, more meaning, more joy. Deep down, we sense there is a better version of ourselves waiting to emerge. One that is wiser, kinder, and lives closer to our values. This is the human longing for self-actualization.

Yet, the path to becoming our best selves is arduous. It winds and dips, filled with obstacles. We will stumble and stall. Sometimes, we may lose sight of the path as we get caught up in society’s expectations or self-doubt.
