The introvert vs. extrovert debate is one of the most controversial topics about well-being and personality. The question of which personality type is better has always been a hot topic, with many claiming that extroverts are more successful than introverts in the workplace and life.

It’s a matter of opinion whether one personality type is better than the other or if they’re different ways of being. And as we will see in this article, the debate is not as clear-cut as it seems.

Yet, there are some clear advantages and disadvantages of each type.
